I seriously doubt it. I don't know of ANY hospitals or high profile clinics or any infectious disease doctors who understand Lyme and will treat it effectively.

Absolutely NOT. Why not?: They follow the IDSA model. And that is so very, very wrong in oh, so many ways.

What is a LLMD? LL ND? What is ILADS?

WHY you need an ILADS "educated" or "minded" Lyme Literate doctor (whether MD or ND, or both) - starting with assessment / evaluation for lyme, OTHER tick-borne diseases, and other chronic stealth infections - and all that goes along for the ride.

Medical "models" explained here, as to differences in the ISDA & ILADS models of assessment & treatment - and exactly why it is so very important to know the differences.

Contact the online state Lyme groups at:
https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/NewYorkLyme/info

Also check with the NY Lyme Support Groups at:
www.lyme-aware.org/new-york.html
www.empirestatelymediseaseassociation.org

http://www.lymenet.org/SupportGroups/UnitedStates/NewYork/

They would probably know best about this place.
