I'm located just North of Allentown, PA and I'm almost certain I have Lyme's. I have some crazy neurological issues going on and basically have textbook symptoms, however my tests came back negative and my family doctor has dismissed the possibility of Lyme. Please help me find an experienced, thorough, competent and caring LLMD. Suggestions are very much appreciated!

You need to be evaluated and treated by a Lyme-literate doctor (LLMD). Non LLMDs have no clue about this horrible disease or its complex treatment!
They are far and few between, unfortunately. You need to go where they are.
Also most LLMDs do not accept insurance due to the politics surrounding this horrible disease. Read poster TF's explanation, "Why Lyme Doctors Don't Take Insurance":
When calling for an appointment, ask if they have any cancellations or a waiting list. Patients have been able to get in sooner to see a LLMD by doing this.
