Hi! My cousin needs an LLMD in Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Kentucky who takes insurance. If you know anyone can you PM me? Thanks.

PM sent for a couple in PA. Call their offices to check if they still do accept insurance.

I don't know of any in OH who take insurance.

There are no LLMDs in KY.

Check the online state Lyme groups at:

Maybe they might know better.
