I've been a member here for too long, lol. Now I have a family member in MAINE that needs help. If anyone has recommendations of LLMDs or LLNDs in Maine, that would be wonderful.
She also has family in NEW HAMPSHIRE if there is someone good there she should consider.
Thank you so much for any info you might have for us!

Your family members need to be evaluated and treated by a Lyme-literate doctor (LLMD). Non LLMDs have no clue about this horrible disease or its complex treatment!
They are far and few between, unfortunately. Your family members need to go where they are.
Most LLMDs do not accept insurance due to the politics surrounding this horrible disease. Read poster TF's explanation, "Why Lyme Doctors Don't Take Insurance":
When calling for an appointment, ask if they have any cancellations or a waiting list. Patients have been able to get in to see a LLMD sooner by doing this.
