A friend of mine is trying to get an appointment with a medical specialist in WA, name Dr. M (Initial). She references shadowing Dr.H but looks like she may be an ND and MS. Has anybody heard of her and how good she may be.

I think I've spoken by phone with the doctor you have in mind. A LL ND, not a LLMD, I think. And an excellent reputation.

Talk to the Washington state support groups, and also for the support online through

Keebler -- a woman? Also, she takes insurance!

Sorry about the city name. Didn't realize that was a no-no.

I'm not sure about insurance but the one I'm thinking is an ILADS educated LL ND. It's been years since I spoke with her.

So, for up to date options for ILADS educated LLMDs & LL NDs: Talk to the Washington state & [your closest city] support groups,

and also for the support online Washington state resource through

Lymmieloo - so funny you mention Dr. P in WA. I have thinking about making an appointment with her.

Has your experience been good and what kind of treatments are you doing through her if you don't mind sharing.

Thanks!

I've only seen her three times, so far I like her. She has me on an herbal anti-viral and a strong prescription one, for the two viruses she found.

Before I saw her, I was barely able to walk, classic m.s. symptoms but I suspected Lyme. While waiting for my first appointment, I was turned on to essential oils by my daughter. She gave me some oregano oil to try, and about a week later I saw a training video with a Dr. who was teaching on a Lyme protocol.

Two days after starting on just the oregano oil (before I saw the training video), I had a herx reaction, and four days after that, I was able to walk just fine. So I got the rest of the ones for the Lyme protocol, and was feeling better before I ever saw the dr., since I had to wait a month.

So she said since the oils I was using were so pure and potent, and had obviously been helping and she knew that good essential oils work like abx, she would wait and see before putting me on abx. Last time I saw her I was so exhausted, so she said we may need abx, or it could be my adrenals, which I know are off.

So she took me off the adrenal supplement my regular dr. had me on and put me on a stronger one.

I felt much better almost immediately, so we'll see what happens at my next appointment.
