I am looking for a new doctor in Texas or New Mexico.
I was completely paralyzed in 2006 and not diagnosed until 2010 (with DNA testing by Dr. D in Tx). Since 2006 I have regained all mobility, but I still have residual numbness on the left side of my body and suffer from several symptoms of Chronic Lyme.

Texas and New Mexico are not good states for finding lyme doctors.
Are you willing to travel to the east coast? You would not have to make the trip often. You can do telephone appointments after the first in-person appointment.
This doc can see you in a few days.
People from Texas and New Mexico go to this doc.

You need to be evaluated and treated by a Lyme-literate doctor (LLMD). Non LLMDs have no clue about this horrible disease or its complex treatment!
A LLMD is one who has treated Lyme disease and the co-infections which come with it for many years and has gotten patients well. A good one will follow Dr. B's Guidelines, the "gold standard" for Lyme treatment.
