While not about lyme, this may be of help to answer some questions or lead to some help.
This holistic doctor's site and his book are excellent regarding explanations - and also how to lighten the toxic load (with key antioxidants) that can affect eyes - and with lyme comes such a toxic load so detail here is very applicable.
