I am seeking a LLMD in TN, AR, AL, MS, or MO. Or even KY.
All the doctors I have seen have been unwilling to consider Lyme and I think it's the only thing that fits. Please don't hesitate to point out anything I may have missed!
In the last 2 months, I have experienced horrible insomnia and an internal buzzing/vibration that began only in my back along my spine and has rapidly spread to my entire body. No injuries and a Brain/c-spine MRI negative for lesions or tumors. Basic bloodwork was all within normal limits.
About a month in, I started having runs of heart palpitations and tachycardia (my normal resting HR of 55-60 will jump to 120 out of nowhere).
Also mood swings, urine leaks (sorry if TMI, but you guys seem like a family, so I'm not worried ;-), memory loss, and the inability to focus. I've had tinnitus for 3 years now that seemed to resolve while pregnant and then returned right before all this started.
No memory of a rash or embedded tick, and I realize TN isn't an endemic area, but I've travelled from one end of the country to the other as well as Australia in the last ten years.
Thanks in advance!

Welcome to Lymenet! PM sent for MO, NC & VA.
You need to be evaluated and treated by a Lyme-literate doctor (LLMD). Non LLMDs have no clue about this horrible disease or its complex treatment!
A LLMD is one who has treated Lyme disease and the co-infections which come with it for many years and has gotten patients well. A good one will follow Dr. B's Guidelines, the "gold standard" for Lyme treatment.
Unfortunately, LLMDs are far and few between. You need to go where they are. I don't know of any in AL, AR, KY, and MS.
Also, most LLMDs do not accept insurance due to the politics surrounding this horrible disease. Read poster TF's explanation, "Why Lyme Doctors Don't Take Insurance":

Hey Purple,
Tennessee, bad place for ticks. Oh yes. As for the doctors there, don't get me started. And not only Lyme is there, but other nasty infections can be passed along. So sorry you are having such troubles and bad symptoms.
Here is a list of various diseases that can be passed on by ticks. It includes symptoms, diagnosis and treatment information.
I’m sorry I don’t use the PM feature here, but if you’d like to email me and say you are looking for a doctor, I’ll send you a link so you can find Lyme treating doctors in multiple states, along with a list of alternative doctors, support groups and speciality labs. We aren’t allowed to give out the link on this site.

Tick-borne diseases are prevalent in Tennessee. Please know that Lyme disease and co-infections can be passed through pregnancy and breastfeeding. When you do see a knowledgeable doctor, your child should be evaluated also.
