Once you go south of Washington, D.C. lyme doctors become few to nonexistent and good ones are generally found around D.C. and north.

If you have a good doctor where you are, I would stay with him/her after you move. Many people, especially in southern states, need to travel to see a good doctor. Unfortunately, there are no recommendable ones in TN.
