Looking for a Dermatologist in the Raleigh/Durham area that has knowledge of chronic lyme and the specific late stage rashes that can sometimes come with.

I only know of one LL Derm in the entire country. Sorry about that. It seems that group just doesn't know, isn't interested in learning and doesn't care.
And that is for the basic early Lyme rash, not the ACA presentations you are talking about.
This site has groups of photos and a tiny bit of info in case you want to make some comparisons.
You can also check with the Morgellons Foundation. They have the most info on docs that are familiar with skin/derm conditions. They are listed on the site I am sharing below.
You can go to www.MarylandLyme.org and look at the menu to your left you will see "DOCTOR REFERRALS".
