Anyone ever been to any of the docs at this facility in Quakertown, PA??

www.woodmed.com

I have an appointment there next week with Dr. Buttram and would be interested to know if anyone has been treated here. Thanks.

I looked on their website. Looks like they treat for anything but Lyme. Do you think you'll get the proper treatment there?

Email me if you want an LLMD in central Jersey. I think it would be about an hour and a half drive for you.

If you do go to that group and get the proper treatment. Let treepatrol know becuase he might add them to the LLMD LIST.

I have heard of the doc for many years as an intergrative doctor so he is open to new ideas. He has published on the risks/benefits of vaccinations, Did you ask the how much Lyme he has treated?

I told them I thought I may have lyme and they said I would be there for several hours running tests on me - I figure it is worth a shot since it is right in my hometown. I will post and let you all know how the visit turns out. This place came recommended from someone in the area who heard they treat lyme.

The doc I am seeing is an environmental medicine MD so I am sure he is lyme literate. I hope so anyways! I will keep you all posted.

My family sees Dr. C in Mendenhall......quite the lyme literate doc you will need if you have lyme and co-infections......I wouldn't waste my time at Woodmed....JUST my opinion..........You would hope an evironmental med doc would be lyme literate but don't count on it...chances are they may think they know something......I hope you prove me wrong!!!!! I agree that it is worth a trip to Dr. C in Mendenhall IF you can get in to see her. She is very thorough in examining, testing and treating. She uses both traditional meds and nutritional supplemental support, and she stays abreast of the latest findings.

When I called Dr. C's office lsat June for an initial visit, I was told she was no longer taking new patients.

I haven't heard anything about the clinic you mentioned.

Probably right. But if goingcrazy has money to throw around...she may as well go for it.

Hey crazy....please edit out the dr's name. It's against the rules.

The group is on an LLMD list I picked up from a Lymey support group. My wife and I are going there to seek treatment.
Also, I know of someone who has been tearted successfully there. Hope that helps.
I reviewed their site and philosophy too, which suggests much more of a clue than all the docs we've seen.
Please let us know how it goes!
