Sorry to hear stymielymie

You can request LLMD'S through ILADS here;
https://www.ilads.org/patient-care/provider-search/

You can request LLMD'S through Global Lyme Alliance here;
https://globallymealliance.org/education-awareness/find-medical-professional/

Here is an interview with Dr H on his 16 point MSID map and how each must be addressed in order to get well;
http://www.wildcondor.com/why-cant-i-get-better.html

Your LLMD will probably order you lab testing. Here are speciality labs for TBInfections;
https://sites.google.com/view/marylandlyme/tests

Be sure to connect with your local Lyme support groups. Members have first-hand knowledge of your area's LLMD'S and share their their experiences. Here are some NC Lyme support groups;

https://rawlsmd.com/lyme-support/united-states/north-carolina/western-nc-lyme-support-group

I will send you a pm.

So sorry you have relapsed.

Here is what a well-seasoned Lymenet poster wrote and it really is true:

"This is what I have learned in over 14 years in the Lyme world--the doc is the key. Can't emphasize that enough. The doc is the key to getting rid of this horrendous disease.

Many doctors treat Lyme Disease, but only a FEW know enough to get rid of it for a person. Your job is to find one of those few.

If you can possibly get yourself to a top doc, that is what you want to do. It gets you the best chance to get rid of this horrendous disease."

Check the online state Lyme groups at:
https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/NorthCarolinaLyme/info

Maybe they can help you. They would know better about NC.

Sorry to read about your relapse! I'm assuming you're going to find a doc on the East Coast, but if you really need to look further, as in travel, I know some excellent CA doctors. Pm me if interested.

I think I have temporarily resolved the issue for now
I stared dosing doxy as I normally do about once a year , but didn’t initially work .
I’m improving every day and have stopped the doxy. Think I had high levels of bugs and had a herx reaction to med.
