Hello - I am looking for the best doctors that are able to treat the combination of lyme and mold/mcas in the northeast priority - but really anywhere will do for investigations sake!

Thank you in advance!

You can request LLMD’s through Global Lyme Alliance here;
https://www.globallymealliance.org/lyme-patient-support/find-medical-professional/

You can request LLMD’s through ILADS here;
https://www.ilads.org/patient-care/provider-search/

These are simple e-mail formats that you fill out and they respond with LLMD’s closest to you. Make sure you fill out the message box explaining your desire for Mold / Lyme / MCAS physicians.

Functional doctors also explore mold illnesses.
Here’s a great place to start.

Surviving Mold
https://www.survivingmold.com/shoemaker-protocol/list-of-certified-practitioners

Mold Protocols
https://www.survivingmold.com/resources-for-patients/treatment/step-by-step

Mold Physicians Search
https://moldfreeliving.com/2018/05/27/find-mold-doctor-or-environmental-illness-doctor/

You must research each physician referred to you. To do this google for patient reviews.

I not versed in Mold treatments but hopefully other members will respond.

PM sent.

I found this in-depth transcript which is very informative - maybe it can help you:

"Healing from Mold and Lyme"
https://www.betterhealthguy.com/episode143

You can also do a search on LymeNet for mold and MCAS. There are many posts to be found.

You might also contact Dr. Lisa Nagy in MA to ask for a recommendation.

http://lisanagy.com

She is not a LLMD, however, she understands the kind of mold toxicity issues faced by many with Lyme. She did not have Lyme, but overcame very serious MCAS.

I found these old links on LymeNet for more info on mold:

Hey there lassie27 , I'm also fairly new here myself. I'm sorry to hear that you're dealing with lyme and mold/mcas. I can only imagine how tough that must be. Regarding your search for the best doctors in the northeast or anywhere else for that matter, have you tried looking at Zocdoc? They have a directory of doctors with gp reviews and reviews from real patients, and you can even search for a GP near you. It might be worth checking out if you haven't already. I hope you're able to find a doctor who can help you with your specific needs.
