Hello All - Really having an emergency. Need to find a lyme and mold literate doctor in the Northeast asap. I am in bad shape and cannot find anyone. I just keep getting worse and worse. Please help. I prefer someone who know how to treat with natural and rx methods.

Welcome back Lassie27

So sorry to hear about your struggles and current status đź’š
We can help you and I hope other LymeNet members reply with input and solutions asap!

Could you please narrow your search to your state?

There are many LLMD’s that have been trained by Dr H, many LLMD’s who offer Telemedicine and an LLMD who will coordinate with your current LLMD with NEW treatments! Keep in mind, Medicare will no longer participate with Telemedicine.

You can request LLMD’s through Global Lyme Alliance here;
https://www.globallymealliance.org/lyme-patient-support/find-medical-professional/

You can request LLMD’s through ILADS here;
https://www.ilads.org/patient-care/provider-search/

LivLyme Foundation
https://livlymefoundation.org/resources/doctors/

Lyme Disease.org
https://www.lymedisease.org/find-lyme-literate-doctors
(Many complaints about Lyme Disease.org listing Doctors that are NOT ILADS trained so be careful!)

These are simple e-mail formats that you fill out and they respond with LLMD’s closest to you. Make sure you fill out the message box explaining your desire for Mold / Lyme / MCAS physicians.

Functional doctors also explore mold illnesses.
Here’s a great place to start.

Surviving Mold
https://www.survivingmold.com/shoemaker-protocol/list-of-certified-practitioners

Mold Protocols
https://www.survivingmold.com/resources-for-patients/treatment/step-by-step

Mold Physicians Search
https://moldfreeliving.com/2018/05/27/find-mold-doctor-or-environmental-illness-doctor/

You must research each physician referred to you. To do this google for patient reviews.

I can do an extensive search for you if you list your state.

I know it’s so hard but Stay In The Battle Lassie 27,
For me, when I finally got one GOOD day under my belt, I got super powers and strength to fight through the bad ones.

In the greater Boston area (within 2 hours max) would be ideal but will consider telemedicine or some travel for the right doctor.

I am hoping to find someone as expert in mold as they are lyme and co and know how to treat with natural means also. TIA

Since you have been in the Mold world for a long time, you probably know quite a lot but I thought I would post past searches on Mold from LymeNet.

https://flash.lymenet.org/scripts/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=search_tng;d=results;record=2460801-144241-ZD9B;result_start=0

Probably one of the best known MOLD providers would be Dr N. N.
Unfortunately he has retired but is continuing training other doctors with his protocols.
He DOES NOT follow the Shoemaker protocols.

I noticed your current medical practice is listed on many of the Mold practitioners websites. It might be to your advantage to stay with them as they seem like they would be open to following Dr N.N’s protocols!

Consultation with Dr N.N.

Protocols

You can also e-mail the American Academy of Environmental Medicine for accredited Mold practitioners.

https://www.aaemonline.org/contact-us/

I will also sent you new pm.
