My 37 yo grandson had lyme as a child and his LLMD is no longer available. He is sick again. We are in southeast CT. It would be good if the doctor was affilated with ILADS. Thank you for your help.

These are simple e-mail formats that you fill out and they respond with LLMD’s in your area. You must research each LLMD referred. To do this, google for patient reviews and call each LLMD provider and ask what their treatment protocols entails.
Here are some support groups that you can connect with to get more information on ILADS provider's in your area.

Hi grandmother I am sorry to hear about your son, was it anything in particular that caused him to get sick again? I hope you are able to find another LLMD
