Has anyone had a positive experience with a holistic medical practitioner in northern/central NJ for treating their Lyme Disease? I would obviously love to hear their name, a little about your experience and if you saw this doc in addition to or instead of your traditional doc.

I had sent you a private message earlier with a list of LLMD's. If you don't know how to get private messages, click on the 'my profile' link, just below 'Post a Reply' on the upper part of this page.

I am also interested in a holistic LLMD in the same area - or in Eastern PA/Bucks County... anyone have any suggestions? I am also concerned with the Blue Cross Blue Shield Net Work - but I can look into that later.

Maryjo,
You would be better off doing a separate post under 'Seeking a Doctor'. I have a list of LLMD's (Lyme Literate Medical Doctors). Let me know if this would be helpful to you, and what state you are most interested in. Many use a variety of treatment protocols, including herbs. A truly holistic doctor probably wouldn't treat with antibiotics, which most all here would agree are a critical part of the treatment.

I worked with someone who works with my LLMD. Using things like Micro Current Therapy, essential oils for healing.
PM me if you want details.
