Here's some more info I've found:
1. Dr. K- Luftkin
2. Dr. M- Bedford (doesn't take insurance)
3. Dr. S.G- Dallas
4. Dr. I- Lewisville
5. Dr. V- Colleyville
6. Dr. C- Richardson( not too sure about him)

here's another one about no. 3. have heard several no's on that one.
