Does anyone here know of any LLMD's willing to work through a PCP in another state to help with a patient's treatment? I would be willing to fly out for an initial exam or something like that, but I can't afford to fly/drive back and forth frequently. My PCP is open to working/consulting with an LLMD though phone, email, etc. I'm just at a loss because there's no LLMD's in my state, and I would feel much more comfortable if I were working with one.
