I just received a positive diagnosis for lyme from my general practitioner. I've had 3 shots of rocephine in 3 weeks, and am on oral doxy. I'm concerned, however, b/c I am numb in the left part of my chin and left lower gum and teeth. Would like to consult a lyme specialist in my area just to be sure I shouldn't be doing something else on the treatment side. As the sole supporter of 2 kids - I can't get sick!
