Need recommendations for an LLMD who will treat co-inf/lyme. Especially one that doesn't rely on the testing for babs/bart etc. since we know they are unreliable. Anyone who sees Dr M in Rockville, MD (OHP) & Dr G in DC please respond with any info on co-inf. Are there any llmds in VA who treat co-inf? Thanks much for any help. SG
