I live in MA but am willing to travel. Someone mentioned Dr. C and Dr. M (wife/husband team) in Kennebunkport Maine. Do these folks come highly recommended?? Do they make this list?

Have you tried contacting any Support Groups in your area for recommendations? I'm not familiar with the doctors that your referring to. Check your private messages for suggestions...(click on the flashing envelope or 'my profile' above).
