He is listed in the doctor referral list about half way down in the following site on the right side: www.chroniclymedisease.com You will have to click on the link in the red sentence.
He is also listed on this site www.walyme.org. Go down and then click on Medical Resources link and then click on Lyme Literat/Lyme Friendly Doctors (US).
Has anyone been to see him? How did he respond to Lyme?
Thanks.

Pretty sure I called this docs office about a year ago -- was told he did not treat Lyme patients. Did not get the impression he would be Lyme literate.

Update: I called his office last week and the receptionist ended up telling me that this doctor does not treat Lyme patients. My question was probably framed incorrectly.
I then emailed the Washington group and they said this doctor is a member of ILADS. I then emailed ILADS and they confirmed that this doctor is a member of ILADS.
My thoughts are that one probably can not call his office and ask if he treats Lyme; however, if he is a member of ILADS then he should be familiar with Lyme. One would think he would be more helpful than a neurologist who is not familiar with Lyme.
I guess I can try to see if my local PCP would get me an appointment with him and find out.
