Because THAT doc is a DUCK,,,run dont walk out of there!!

It is widely known that they can only find lyme 1 out of 10 times in doing a spinal tap,,,possible side effects are endless. AND did I say it is a PAINFUL procedure.

The duck knows this and is trying to pawn it off on other things. he wont find a thing and then say this PROVES you dont have lyme.

NEVER have a spinal tap,,,never,,,go find yourself a real deal LLMD if you have to travel half way across the country.

This doc is like alot of others,,,they all BURY their mistakes,,dont let one of them be you!!thinks--just don--

opinion only...

I had a spinal tap once...it was the worst and most painful experience of my life....read the risks involved.

With a positive test result, in my opinion he is putting you at potentially high risk without legitimate cause....malpractice....in my opinion

If your doc doesnt believe a positive test result hes unlikely to help treat you effectively...saying this as politely as I can.....

Find a good doctor who has experience and success at treating lyme (LLMD) ASAP
