14 years ago I had a tick bite and a bullseye and was "cured" with 3wks of Doxy. I saw rounds of specialists for years and was even told by a neurologist, after a five minute exam, that my problems were imaginary.

My friend and neighbor saved my life last year by educating me about lyme and I have learned alot from this site. Thank you all for your helpful posts.

My husband and I and two older kids see Dr. S in NJ. My two younger kids (4 and 7) have seen Dr. J in CT. I know he's the best, but I can not make the trip again. Even on my best day it is too hard for me. They are on a waiting list (10 more months) to see Dr. C in PA.

I have lists that show pediatric LLMDs in NJ, but I have called them all they are either retired or no longer treating lyme patients. They have seen Dr. B in Redbank (neuro-psychiatry) and Dr. V in staten Island (pediatric ID) but neither can treat them with Abx.

I did read about a Dr in NJ (not a pediatrician) that is currently treating a member's kids. I can't find the post now.

Can anyone help me find this Dr.?

Thanks
Lynn

Hi there my good friend,

I am glad that you are posting. I was wondering how your most recent appt's with these Doc's went.

It looks like you are still in need of some good, qualified information on possible llmd's for the children.

I will try to search some old posts for you to find the help you need.

Please lymenet friends, can you help Lynn find a good reputable llmd for her children in NJ. She is a great mom & her children are so lucky so have her.
