I am a 47yo woman who was bitten with a tick over 2 years ago. Bullseye rash, positive Western Blot (local lab). Treated with 28 days of antibiotics. Got better then symptoms returned. Treated for 2 more times with symptoms returning after treatment, but feel better on antibiotics.

Bitten again 1 year later, no bullseye rash, dr. would not treat without a positive Western blot (again local lab), so no treatment.

Saw a different dr. who prescribed doxy with some improvement, then no further improvement. Did not try amoxicillin. Did 5 days of steroids with good results, but symptoms came back when off of steroids.

I now have severe symptoms that cycle:
extreme fatigue
pain in different locations, sometimes joints, sometimes muscular
poor memory and brain fog
uncoordinated (fall easily)
numbness in arms
break out in sweat upon exertion

I have not had Elisa or any other testing done besides the standard Western blot.

Looking for a LLMD who will also prescribe alternative treatments.

Thank you.
