Can anyone give me a reference to an llmd in the Phila. area. With all the major Hospitals and Universities, there must be some good ones here.
My wife was recently diagnosed with 8 antibodies and we're worried that our 12yo daughter might have gotten it pre-natally.

Thanx

I'm not exactly sure but the short term infection was negative (or minimal) and the long term was positive with 8 anti-bodies - indicating that she has had it for quite some time (maybe 15 yrs). Her symptoms have been mild and sporadic until quite recently when an observant doc said, "I think you have Lyme's Disease". BTW, she used to be a traveling infusion nurse who treated Lyme patients.

I have had 5 pregnant women with lyme in 2007. Have seen several children with congenital lyme. If any concersn at all, get your daughter tested. Hopefully your doc is LLMD.
