I was diagnosed with Lyme in the past two months, but have had symptoms, and was probably infected close to two years ago.
I am looking for a llmd as close as possible to Indiana. However, if there is a really great one farther, I will travel.
I have all of the classic symptoms of middle, or late stage lyme, athough I am still fully functioning and working.
I have been told that I am manifesting mild symptoms, however I am really struggling to maintain normalcy.
I have seen a top rheumatologist in the area, and he wants to treat with antibiotics, of course.
I have had good results with colloidal silver. The symptoms were greatly reduced, and there was herxheimers effect, indicating some die-off.
I am preparing to begin treatment with a homeopathist in the area from New York, who has had a lot of success with fully curing Lyme.
I am will be utilizing alternative treatment modalities first (homeopathy, IV vitamin-C, Hyperbaric 02 therapy), and if all else fails, I will seek alopathic treatment.
I would like to be evaluated by a traditional alopathic physician, now, so that I am fully informed of my options there.
