I was diagnosed with Lyme in the past two months, but have had symptoms, and was probably infected close to two years ago.
I am looking for a llmd as close as possible to Indiana. However, if there is a really great one farther, I will travel.
I have all of the classic symptoms of middle, or late stage lyme, athough I am still fully functioning and working.
I have been told that I am manifesting mild symptoms, however I am really struggling to maintain normalcy.
I have seen a top rheumatologist in the area, and he wants to treat with antibiotics, of course.
I have had good results with colloidal silver. The symptoms were greatly reduced, and there was herxheimers effect, indicating some die-off.
I am preparing to begin treatment with a homeopathist in the area from New York, who has had a lot of success with fully curing Lyme.
I am will be utilizing alternative treatment modalities first (homeopathy, IV vitamin-C, Hyperbaric 02 therapy), and if all else fails, I will seek allopathic treatment.
I would like to be evaluated by a traditional allopathic physician, now, so that I am fully informed of my options there.

Hi, Betty. I mean by allopathic; a regular, not alternative physician. The states that surround Indiana are: Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, and Illinois.

There is a good LLMD in MO, but I don't have his contact info.
I fly to NY ... I think you would like mine, he's well-versed in BOTH allopathic and natural remedies. Let me know if you want his number.
I only have to go up there three times per year when I'm on abx and less frequently when I'm on herbs. If I don't go up there, I have a phone consult that month.

I live in Washington,IN, about 45 minutes SW of Bloomington. I travel 8 hours to PA to see my LLMD.
There are two doctors in Evansville who used to treat Lyme. One now no longer sees Lyme patients and the other does but will not take new patients. I have tried twice in the past year plus.
There is a doctor in Cleveland who is new to treating Lyme but learning.
A lady in my office travels to a town south of St. Louis to see a doctor who treats Lyme for research purposes.
MO is an option as well as WI.
PM me if you would like any details.
