I am being treated by Dr. C in Mt. Kisco, but I will likely need local infusion and Dr. T in Kingston, NY, an infectious disease specialist, has been recommended.

He has aggressively treated some of my acquaintences, but . . . not that aggressive, some are relapsing, aren't we all?

....

mama, NO ONE like that or location on my 2 lists!

could you show 4-6 other LARGE CITIES WITH CLOSEST being shown first; then i'll check again to see if we can find someone closer to you!

or how about this?

Please go to SUPPORT GROUPS, left-hand side column by state.
CALL the nearest group leader for advise.
Do NOT email; many are too sick to reply; thanks!

People seeking doctors in certain states might be able to
get help from their state online information and support group. Over 1500
people belong to these state groups. Many of the groups are small
but quite a few have 20 or more people on them.

To find your state group, go to
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/statenamelyme

Type your state name and lyme as one word, e.g. newyorklyme

For SC, SD, ND and WY, put a hyphen between the statename
and lyme, e.g. northdakota-lyme

The groups are moderated so you have to apply, and we don't
allow doctor names, but once on the group, you can ask for doctors in a certain area and ask people to email you privately.

and a heartfelt thank you for offering to do pro bono work on setting up the lyme charity fund that DOC DAVE has initiated here on lymenet!

take this and that! [group hug] [kiss] [group hug] [kiss] [group hug] [kiss] [group hug] [kiss]

Cat -- Did Dr. C in Mt. Kisco recommend Dr. T?

I can't find a Dr. T in Kingston that is LL Infectious Disease. Proceed with caution if he was not recommended by Dr. C.

Hope you are feeling better.

NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

that is the practice that told me i don't have lyme or anything for that matter DESPITE my tick bites, rash, and MEGA SYMPTOMS of tick borne illnesses.
i saw a letter from the doc to my pcp, which stated i didn't have neck pain, headaches, etc...
but that is EXACTLY why i went there.
i feel that practice needs a wakeup call to reality and is more or less responsible for how i feel today.

do your best to educate the rest because
9 out of 10 doctors don't know jack about tick borne illnesses
