Hello everyone,

I need to find a cardiologist for myself.

I have had so many, like many here, bad

experiences with drs that I really dread

having to go to a new one.

I live in Sussex Cty New Jersey. That is as

far north as you can get in this state.

I am very close to Warwick, NY (Orange Cty, NY).

Is there such a thing as a Lyme Literate

Cardiologist??

Thanks for the help...

thank you Betty

I sent you a pm in return

The llmd you sent me is our llmd, he is 1.5 hours away

he is great, but recommended that i
consult with a cardiologist and does not have
one near me that he can recommend

my husband will call him today for me, can't believe it

I am just barely functioning right now

if there are any other recommendations, would
love to hear them

Cathy , I have the greatest cardiologist. He is not LLMD but he is willing to work with your doc. He does with me.

He is in NYC . I can even take you. He is off of lexington ave. He has saved the life of my dad who should of been dead a long time ago. I highly recommend him.

I hope you feel better. I am thinking about you. He ia about 1 hour from us.

I AM SERIOUS ABOUT BEING ABLE TO TAKE YOU !!!!!!!

Feel Better you are on my mind Teresa

thank you all for the help

I really wanted to be able to go to a local
dr since driving is getting more challenging

and with the seizure like episode this week
I am a bit scared to be driving at all

My husband called dr L.'s office back and did
get a name of a cardiologist - it is near
his office and my husband said he will get me
there

I have difficulty driving distances (1.5 hours
away) - but trying to find a new office in an
unfamiliar area would be dangerous for me to
drive on my own

I have been trying to do everything on my own,
I don't like being driven or asking for help. Was feeling a bit abandoned until he offered to drive. Yes, I was having a nice pitty party for myself and am over it now.

For some reason these episodes make me very
emotional. I think this is part of the symptom.
When my pain level goes up, or the fatigue
kicks in I don't get emotional. Is this a symptom
with a seizure or a stroke??

I just wanted to thank all of you again.
Teresa thanks for the dr. name in NY, I am going
to hang onto this just in case. DrL's recommendation actually takes our insurance.

I also wanted to make sure that no one got the
wrong impression about Dr. L. We absolutly love
this guy. Great llmd, humble man and just
a fine person. The nurses are top notch too.

Best wishes to all
