In addition to antibiotics, -Any ideas that have helped anyone get better quicker- I am interested in finding out about. I am so tired and achy and want to get better quickly.
Any natural remedies/ alternative therapy treatments that has helped anyone?
-- Nothing too wild/weird/dangerous please.

My LLMD is having me take 2 tablespoons of flax

seed everyday. You just stick it in your

coffee grinder first.
