12 year old daughter tested positive 2-3 weeks after being bitten by a tick, started 4 weeks of antibiotics course, the rash disappeared within days but reappeared after 3 weeks (1 week before the end of the course).
Need a LLMD in NJ, Monmouth or Middlesex counties would be great but not necessary.
Also being a new user and new to this disease, how does it usually work insurance wise? I have an HMO but should I be prepared to pay cash?
Thanks a lot Dennis

Wow Dennis! Im amazed she tested positive so soon after being bitten. The rash itself is not necessarily a marker that tells you much...but the fact that its back after fading might indicate that she's on an inappropriate dose of ABX... If you have an HMO...I am not ware of ANY LLMD's...so prepare to pay cash...The doc that Rxd the abx...is he open to continued treatment?
