My name is Scott Grant and about 3 weeks ago a small tick lodged in my leg (for probably about 30 minutes)and maybe 7-10 later I developed the following symptoms:

alternating severe chills and severe fever (usually 101-102 degrees)

constant head pressure, massive headaches, head even tingled

muscle aches throughout my body

bump rashes about the 5th day of ailment (first on arms and legs, then torso) the rashes happened before any treatment, so they came from the illness

First, does this sound like Lyme disease? (No bulls-eye rash at the bite spot)

Second, I'm in the second week of antibiotics (which finally made me feel fine), which will run out Thursday. Do I need more? (dr won't prescribe more)

Third, any LLMDs in the Atlanta area?

Thank you, so much.

Scott
