I had found her name on the ILIAD (sp??) site, called, and as you said, booked several months in advance.
But they suggested since my mom had already been diagnoised and treated with --
DOXYCYCLINE HYCLATE 100MG 2Xday for 14 days (not long enough) by her FP Dr. that going back to him armed with info and new ABX requests couldn't hurt.

Personally, I think that your mother should be under the care of an LLMD. And taking 200 mg of Doxycycline for 2 weeks is really only a drop in the bucket.
And since Dr. B in Chesapeake is booked up for several months in advanced, you might want to try contacting an LLMD in the Northern part of Virginia.
There are quite a few LLMD's located in the Northern Virginia/ D.C. area.
