Symptoms? Testing? Treatment?

I need the doctor, I'm an adult. I have not done any lyme testing. I've had CFS for 5 years and recently suspect lyme. I've read on this or another Lyme board that there is at least one LLMD in Birmingham, AL. He doesn't have to be super Lyme literate, I can help. But he needs to be open.
