We have an LLMD who is treating my son, but are thinking of consulting with a neurologist (if we can find a good one) to try to find some help for his continual headache pain. He's had a headache for almost seven years and even though other sx were better with tx for Lyme and co-infections, the headache hasn't responded.
We live in FL but will travel if necessary.

Any info. appreciated,
Nancy

I feel so badly for your son. We know full well how a headache is when it goes on for years.

I am sorry, but I don't know of any neuros in FL.

I just couldn't help but notice that you mentioned your son is being treated for lyme, but you don't mention if he has received any treatment for coinfections.

Our (mine and one of my children) head pain did not subside until we received treatment for Bartonella. The tests for Bartonella are not perfect (by far). Therefore, this infection needs to be treated clinicly also.

Hoping your son finds relief soon.

oops, sorry - you did mention coinfections. I just reread this. (and today is a good day - oh boy)
