5 yr suffering from weird symptoms. self dx lyme, pcp says "not possible" order igenex western blot, igenex positive, pcp gives me 3 mo doxxy 200 mg per day, get doxxy from friend, take 400mg per day for 1 of the 3 mos, mental, joint, muscle symptoms subside, off doxxy now for 1 month, my pcp is helpful but out of her league and knows it, will refer me to specialist and will work with said spec, need specific info about closest lyme knowledgable dr in my area, between corning and rochester, ny. personal messages only with specific dr info such as full name, address, phone number, if he/she works with insurance, willing to test/treat coinfections, what type of abx he/she uses, knowledgable about lyme arthritis, any other pertinent info please!!!
