Hello there to you all,

I'm new to the site and I was hoping that some of you members might be able to asist me.

I need a Lyme Disease Dr./Specialist in Florida. I live near the Tampa, FL. area, and have
been quite ill and symptomatic for over 10 plus years.

While I lived on Long Island, NY about 15 years prior I felt ill, and had tested
positive for Lyme titers via blood test, no bulls eye rash that I recall, but I
just felt lousy and was treated with a few weeks of antibiotics, (goodness knows
if I even took them all, as I was in my indestructible 20's back then).

I am now a 42 year old male, and had moved to Florida about 10 years prior wherein I
became very ill.

At that time out here I once again tested postive for Lyme titers when I 1st became ill, but nothing was made over it?
Now I have been ill for over 10 plus years.

Main presenting symptoms where Headaches, Dizziness, Blurriness, bone and muscular pain, neuralgias, anxiety, gastro. Then it went far worse then that over the years kind of waxing and waning.

Now I'm back with headaches, blurriness, racing pulse, sleep disorders, even slight fever on and off for the last month. So it looks like it's making another title shot in this boxing match inside my body!!

In the decade time span I have undergone numerous CT's, MRI's, Bone Scanning, X-Rays,
Ultrasounds, Upper GI's, Colon/Endoscopy, and "ton"s of bloodwork by many specialists (Ologists I'll call
them for short, Neuro, Gastro, Rheumo, Psych, etc, etc).

In that time span two further Lyme Tests came back negative, so dr.s have
avoided my claims stating since their negative I could not have Lyme (Though two
prior ones were positive).
******************************************

I remain sick again, as there are months I feel well (somewhat), and then become
symptomatic with symptoms running all over the place thus Dr.s make me feel like
I'm making it all up!!

"Trust me when I say I'm not". So please if you can help me find a specialist
for Lyme in my area it would be so very much appreciated, as I just keep praying
my body can handle this fight over an over again with such a ghost of an
illness.

Thanking you kindly for your time and consideration. My special warmest thanks goes out to "Bettyg" for helping me to use the site.

~Hoping that yours is a most pleasant and joyful week, with Gods Blessings upon
us all~.
Sincerely,
Mitch B.
