We have to be careful what we post about our doctors here. But this forum IS the place to post any questions about specific doctors....as long as we don't bash them or discuss specific treatments they use.
That gets the DOCTORS into trouble with the "wrong people."

Hi. I was the one that posted 'Anyone gone to Dr. K in WA or Dr. C in AZ' on 11/21 and I guess it got taken off??? I never got any responses.
I am new on here...but I guess I did something wrong?
I also was hoping to read info on the one that some one else posted on Dr. H in CA feedback but I think this one got removed, too.
Where do I go to get feedback on doctors...I am very sick and have NO MORE money...I can not afford the time or money to try tons of various doctors. I would like to be able to speak with various other Lyme folk PRIVATELY about their experiences with various doctors so that I can then make my own decision on which one to go to.
thanks, Anne

you DID everything right, and your topic wasn't gone or deleted, it's just have lost through numbers of 'seeking doctors' every day.
In addition, people who those topics were addressed to (I mean people with experience) don't go to the 'seeking doctors' often, because they don't need it.
bettyg, you all DO a great job here, and i think not only me really appreciate that.
But maybe some improvement will help more newbies like Anne or myself.

I always open for constructive criticism
as llmd, I also would be sad not finding my name in this topic: Best Lyme Doctor in the US.
but as patient (unfortunately), who `ve spent plenty of time in doctors offices,
I would like to make my own decision based on either bad or good reviews and not waste at least one month to wait an appt, $$$ to see how doctor IS and then one week of recovery from another `good' guy.

I have reviewed your suggestion with the other members of the LymeNet board of directors and we are not going to create a forum to discuss LLMD's.
The relationship between a doctor and a patient is a personal one and should not be discussed on a public Internet forum. Doing so could lead to problems such as a patient disparaging a doctor on this BB with the doctor having no way to defend themselves. Any discusion should be directly between the doctor and patient.
Thanks and take care,
