I Started seeing my LLMD in Oct. He ordered many tests after I had a Positive Western Blot.

I had been treated for 4 months by my regular Dr. Granted this is a infection is only a couple of month old but none the less I wanted to make sure I could get rid of it.

My 1st appt with my Dr, was in Albany. I was given a prescription and scripts for many blood tests.

No problem I thought. I went to the his lab of choice only to find out they will not draw blood for another lab.

I also found out three of the scripts were illegible. The next day I tried to call his office.

Calling his office is an exercise in patience. Finally I got a live person who could help.

1.) They had never heard of me.
2.) Didn't know anything about my blood tests

3.) Passed me on to someone who would help me / got an answering machine / left a message.
4.) Druggist couldn't fill prescription due to issues with script.

After locating my file, new scripts were sent and the issues were cleared up with my druggist.

A box consisting of three different blood tests were sent for me to have filled.

I was told to go to Lab Corps... (Lab Corps does not draw blood for other labs!!!).

After many phone calls, I go to Albany Med and have my blood drawn / these packages are to be sent to various labs / cost $35.

The cost of tests are $500 not reimbursed by insurance. My next Dr's visit was canceled by the Dr's office, with no mention of rescheduling.

Many phone calls later, I get an appt. In the mean time my antibiotic prescription has run out.

I tried to call about my prescription and was put on hold then transferred to another extension phone and had to leave a message.

I have not heard anything about my blood test results the Dr requested.

I'm $1500 poorer with no answers / NOTHING! The people at his office are abrupt or rude.

Incidentally, his website lists an email address. I've never had an email answered by him or his office.

I am at the end of my rope here with this Dr due to his lack of communication. I don't know if

this is the common attitude for this Dr, but I feel this is unacceptable. I find no joy in

writing this but do so in case anyone seeking this Dr's treatment should know what they can expect.
Signed,
Still got symptoms but can't get treated or be heard........

What the heck!?!?!? You had seen him yet they had no record of you being a patient? Can you send them some proof
you've been seen there before and possibly get them to make it up to you?

I heard from the Dr's office tonight. They wanted to know why I called. Don't they listen to the phone messages?

I spent 15 minutes on the phone telling them my prescription ran out. The person on the phone was very abrupt.

They said they would call prescription in. None of the information I sent to his office is being read.

My prescription has lapsed for 7 days. The receptionist at the office wanted to know why I hadn't seen the Dr.

Does anyone else have issues with this DR? I'm really tired of this. I have all I can do to focus on my work during the day.

I do not feel like going to this doc is helping me. The lack of communication is the worst I have ever seen.
