I'm seeing a great integrative doctor in NYC, she sent me for Igenex tests, they came out like this....
IGG:41 IGM: 23-25IND, 31++++, 29IND, 41+, 83-93+
I have chronic hives, migratory joint pains, exhaustion, headache. Been sick since 9/06 and I'm 27 years old.
I love the doctor I'm seeing now, but I'm concerned she isn't Lyme-specific. She basically treats tough to diagnose patients, like me. Right now she has me on 100mg doxy twice a day.
Two questions:
1) Should I be seeing a doctor that treats specifically Lyme?
2) Can someone send me/PM the name of one of those docs in NYC? Or a couple of those docs?
Thanks!
Jen

Despite various symptoms, a blood test by my GP about two years came up negative. It's time to revisit this and see a MD with more Lyme disease experience.
Thanks.
