Hello everyone. I believe I have come to the end of the line with my current doctor. I've found that many LLMDs, mine included, seem to have their own "thing" - be it lyme itself, co-infections, "energy" medicine, viruses, etc... and many of their treatment paths are viewed through these glasses so to speak, creating a bit of tunnel vision.
I'm searching for a LLMD in Maryland who can assist me, personally and professionally, with difficult cases. I need to find out what's still keeping me sick. I have many of my own plans for additional treatment paths, but it would be nice to have a LLMD to agree with me, offer new insights, and take responsibility/monitor said treatment. Someone with familiarity with many viable diagnostics and labs will be appreciated. Also, if there are any docs out there who are willing to prescribe narcotic pain relief for their patients, that would be helpful.
I'd greatly appreciate "reviews", via PM. I'm open to all area doctors, but I'm especially interested if anyone has seen the fellow who keeps the lymeMD blog.
Thanks.
