My daughter who is 2 1/2 months old has a bullseye rash on her chest. It is quite small, maybe 1/2 inch diameter. We are looking for a doctor who knows about Lyme disease to determine if we should treat her or not. We live near Frederick MD.

Please take photos of this rash right now, because you do not know when it might go away, and the doctor will not have seen the rash. Put something next to it in the photo for a size reference, such as a dime or penny.

With the rash, I would get your daughter to her regular pediatrician until you can get an appointment with an LLMD.
