Anyone used colloidal silver orally for lyme with any success? If so, what brand, dosage and how did your disease respond? I am an adult - 175 lbs, but also have a 14 year old with lyme and bartonella. He weighs about 100 lbs. I am allergic to most antibiotics and am looking for alternatives. Anyone ever been treated with IV silver? If so what was the outcome. There are so many products on the market. It's hard to sift through all of it!! Would appreciate any advice. Thanks.

I have heard of a product that is not exactly collodal Silver, it is ionic, I believe. It does not produce the blue effect, it scavenges for anaerobic organisms and is reported to be very safe. It's original application and use is for purification of drinking water supplies. I have heard good things about it and am going to try it. I think the name is nutra silver. You can look into it in more detail and perhaps speak with others who are actually using it. I hope this is of some help to you. I do not use antibiotics either. Silver was widely used to kill bacterial infections before the antibiotic craze.
Good luck, let us know what you feel about the product if you give it a try. Take care
