We don't really keep a list of which insurances, if any, a doctor participates in.
I would call all of the LLMD's within a reasonable driving distance to you and simply ask if they participate with BC/BS. If they don't, remember that you can still submit the bills to your insurance company.
Check to see what the LLMD's office visit fees are, then ask BC what they would pay.
