I've been having ringing in my head for a few months. It's constant, but I hear it best when all is silent. It's like a high-pitched tone.
do any of you have this?
I also have wierd visual disturbances. They're like floaters, but not the traditional type. It looks kind of like TV static but not as intense. They're these tiny specks that move in a circular fashion, most noticable when I'm outside.
I also have the traditional squiggy shaped floaters.

Ringing in the ears is one of my constant symptoms. When it's silent it's real bad. I sleep with one of those rain machines to help drown it out.

My eye floaters are bad too. When I look at the sky or at a blank wall it looks like a kaleidoscope. They are the more traditional type of floaters. Not the static thing you described.

My LLMD, Dr. C of MO, recommends "sweet oil" for ringing of the ears.

Try it...I've never needed it but, it was in his handouts he gives all his patients.
