Is his office opened on Friday? Left msg. on machine earlier this morning to see how much the visit was going to be for me and the girls.

The nurse mentioned that the mail doesn't go out on Fridays because they aren't in the office.

It was my understanding that he is in his office every other Friday...this may be the one he is out.

I do not know about billing questions but the nurses, Leanne and Kevin, check messages and return calls while they are out of the office.

Also if you ever need Dr. C personally he leaves his home, pager and cell phone numbers when out of the office! I have never encountered a doctor willing to do that.

Yep, they're off every other Friday. I'm pretty sure they were off this Friday. You can mark it on your calendar and then you can keep track. That used to help me back when I really needed to know!

Wanted to say thanks to your replies.

Also I had emailed earlier this week the email addy that is for billing questions, not sure what is going on. I will surely speak with them on Monday. No problem.
