If you have dial-up internet access, even AOL, getting any pdf files can take forever. So, a blank screen with the correct URL in the box may just mean you have time to take a nap while it downloads. Makes me think broadband has got to be better, but the cable people want to charge too much for this.

If this sounds like I know what I'm talking about, don't be fooled.

Even with a good broadband provider I have a hard time with long pdf files. Extreme patience is required!
