This is Sandy again. DYFS in NJ goes to Court Tuesday or Wednesday this week to try to take my kids away, because I treated my son long term for chronic Lyme,and because I have continued to discuss the regressive health symptoms of my son with DYFS since they have disallowed antibiotics for the last6 months (My son has become extremely autistic, and has no control over bowel and bladder - due to DYFS neglect and abuse).

I don't have much time.

1) Please call Governor McGreevey's office in NJ (609-292-6000)
(and ask him to not let this happen/to look into this immediately)

2) Please call 1-800-331-DYFS, and ask for the office of Jim Davy (Commissioner of Dept of Human services). PLEASE DON'T SETTLE FOR A SECRETARY OR CALL CENTER PERSON. INSIST ON Jim Davy.

You are all "Lyme" people. You know what this is all about. The DYFS Doctor wants "blood" - she actually has venom coming from her mouth when Dr. J from CT is mentioned. But here is the basic scenario, or you can go back and read the thread under my posting name:

One year ago, my ex-husband's sister (social worker from Texas, only sees my kids once every 18 months!)called DYFS and alleged that I have "Munchausen by proxy" simply because I was treating my kids for chronic Lyme disease, with antibiotics (as per Dr. orders). SO YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENED NEXT WHEN THE DYFS DOC, INSECURE LADY PEDIATRICIAN - SHE JUST LOVED COMING AFTER ME, A REALLY STRONG PERSON, ABOUT THE "LYME CONTROVERSY THING. So the nightmare began one year ago. I have calculated my battle with them, and other associated costs, has resulted in me losing about $80,000. "They have investigated me/abused me/lied to me/tricked me/intimidated my Doctors - for the last year. I HAVE COMPLIED WITH ALL THEIR WISHES. I HAVE NOT GIVEN MY SON ANY OF HIS MEDICATIONS (NO ANTIBIOTICS/NO PSYCHIATRIC MEDS TO MAKE HIM FEEL BETTER). I HAVE GONE TO ALL THEIR EXAMS. I HAVE BEEN SUBJECT TO ALL THEIR HOME VISITS.

I guess I "must" have passed my psychiatric exam with flying colors, because they "are not" saying I have Munchausen by proxy. But they are going to Court Tuesday (tomorrow) or Wednesday to file a complaint to REMOVE BOTH MY CHILDREN FROM ME AND PLACE THEM WITH THEIR FATHER (who "started" this complaint, with his sister, for EXACTLY THIS REASON!.... TO TAKE THE KIDS FROM ME - TO HURT ME - AND TO NOT HAVE TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT). On what grounds do they want the kids to live with their Dad? To see if "he" notices my son's Lyme symptoms (which he clearly says he doesn't already - doesn't believe in chronic Lyme.)

My exhusband told me one year ago, last August, when I declined an offer to get back together with him, that he would do this (he is a lawyer,he said he would figure out how to do this!) And sure enough, leave it to DYFS of NJ, to help my exhusband.

Let me tell you about my ex-husband. I had to call the police in my town many times in 1998 and 1999 to help me because he was physically abusing me. (There are records at the Highland Park police dept to prove this - DYFS knows about it - never bothered to pull the records though). My ex-husband (full of Lyme and Babesia, highly positive tests) was being treated by a Lyme Doc for his condition (rage, violent, depressed). He was also taking anti-depressants. One day the Lyme Doc took an emergency patient in front of us - my husband "went after" the Doctor (Dr. B from PA). We weren't allowed to go back to that office - the Doctor was too afraid of my exhusband's temper. THAT DOCTOR WROTE A LETTER ABOUT MY EX-HUSBAND (in case he seriously hurt or killed me or one of the kids) WHICH STATED THAT MR. MISHKY SUFFERS FROM PSYCHIATRIC PROBLEMS as per Lyme and Babesia, he explained the incident in Dr. office, and said "MY EX IS A DANGER TO HIMSELF, ME AND HIS KIDS, AND MUST RECEIVE MEDICAL TREATMENT SO THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN. DYFS has this letter. They know my ex stopped taking his antidepressants. They are still trying to take my kids from me and put them with him.

I know none of you know me. But hear this clearly. Every single Doctor who has ever met my kids, and every teacher and other worker from the school, is on my side. DY
FS has received so many letters about me, my mothering capabilities,etc. They have gotten these letters not just from "average people" - but also from people like my son's child psychologist for the last 6 years, the school, etc. All these same people have all had trouble with my ex-husband. But good old DYFS things he is the greatest thing since sliced bread. You know, attorney who didn't want to spend the money in Court to "properly" change things in our post divorce case, so he had the sister from Texas, who works for "their" DYFS, call, and now they will JUST PULL THE KIDS FROM ME AND PLACE WITH HIM, THE MANIAC, after punishing me for a year.

My son is not doing well right now. Should have been back on antibiotics 6 months ago. Was potty trained at age 4, but now, for last 6 months, has no control over bladder or bowel due to the Lyme. I do not just have Lyme Docs saying this by the way. I have a highly respected pediatric neurologist saying this is all due to Lyme. I also have a highly respected pediatric gastroenterologist saying this. Lastly, there are no records, in any pediatricians office, for example, where even a single Doctor or insurance company has ever balked about my son's treatment. (CIGNA paid for every penny of my son's treatment for 5 years, because he was seeing Dr. J, and because of the arrangement I had in updating them on his health, etc.) My point, there is not a single thing in writing that anyone has ever disagreed with my son's treatment. I also have my sons' child psychologist, expert in autism, saying my son does have mild autism, but he also has a medical problem, which has gotten significantly worse since January.

I have all this.... So I guess that is why they are not claiming Munchausen. But they have destroyed my house in the last year, have destroyed me financially fighting them and also not being able to find a nanny to care for him - so I had to stay home from work.

So sorry for the long post.
