I am trying to get an accurate number, of the amount of people suffering with Lyme Disease, and treatment in the State of New Jersey. I am going to use the information obtained. To attain my goal of making some much needed changes within New Jersey. If I succeed this will help all of whom are suffering with Lyme Disease! I need all the help I can get! If you have any ideas please contact me. No time to waste I have to help my child!!!!!!!

(This is the actual flyer)

If You Live In New Jersey
Have Been Diagnosed With Lyme Disease
And Are Having ANY Difficulty Getting Treatment!!!
Insurance Denial, Refusal Of Treatment, Stopping Treatment ect...
Please contact me at: [email protected]

Please feel free to print and distribute! You will need to adjust the size.

Thank you in advance!
My thoughts and prayers are with you all!
Love,
Monique

Also, would someone please let Sandy Mishky know I called Governor's Office,Commissioner James Davey ect... I just haven't had time to post. I talk to them often so they were not at all surprised to hear from me. They have an actual file on Nicole. Which is refered to when there is a problem with treatment. As I have been doing this for a while now!

In 2002, the most recent published stats, New Jersey had 2,319 reported cases of LD. With as much as only 10% of the cases probably reported...well you can do the math on that.

I got the information from the CDC website at

http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/mm5231a7.htm

Hope that helps

Rosemary
